Providing these documents help the visa application process; there is no guarantee that the visa application will be successful.  The decision is that of the Embassy of your destination country.

Important information

  • After we have received your registration, confirmation, and payment, you will need to take these documents to our travel agent to start the visa application process.  While you are there, the travel agent will photocopy most of the documents and return them to you.  For those documents that the travel agent retains, you will receive a receipt.
  • After the visa application process is complete, you will have to go back to the travel agent to collect your passport and your flight tickets.
  • Embassies generally do not refund the Visa Application fee if the Visa Application is unsuccessful.  PT SEHAP Tours guarantees that your payment for the flight tickets, the English Course and Homestay (apart from the non-refundable Registration fees) will be refunded if the Visa Application is unsuccessful.
  • We strongly recommend you keep all the above documents together in a safe place, ready to be shown to immigration upon arrival in your destination country, or at any other time, in case they are requested.
